The women’s draw for the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 carries the same format overhaul as the men’s — 16 teams, four pools, and a semifinal path that no longer runs through a quarterfinal.
Belgium and the Netherlands co-host from August 15 to 30, with the top two from each pool advancing into an Intermediate Round before the tournament moves to straight knockout for the medals.
