Germany made short work of India on Sunday as the host was beaten comprehensively by a 5-1 margin at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Hockey Stadium in Chennai.
Germany’s Lukas Kossel, Titus Wex, Jonas Gersum, and Ben Hasbach got on the scoresheet. Anmol Ekka was India’s sole goalscorer.
