The Indian women’s hockey team will chase its maiden world title at the FIH Women’s Hockey World Cup 2026, to be held from August 14 to 30.
The 16 teams are divided into four pools of four, with the top two from each pool advancing to the second round. The top two from each second-round pool will reach the semifinals, with the winners contesting the final.
India is in Pool D alongside England, China and South Africa.
